Textile Sizing

Sizing is one of the numerous processes that is undertaken in textile industry at yarn stage. Sizing imparts strength and lubrication to yarn for weaving fabrics. A good sizing chemical should be easily removable with minimal cost while desizing. Sizing chemical of poor quality will result in frequent breakage of yarn thereby resulting in stoppages thus increasing cost of weaving.

    Ph value of 10% solution at 50 degree centigrade. 9.5 - 11.5


    CMS - 60 Sizing Starch

    Physico-Chemical Properties

    Solubility Complete in water after cooking for 20 minutes at 85 degree centigrade
    Applications Sizing agent for cotton, rayon and polyster / cotton yarns. CMS 60 can be removed by simple hot washing under alkaline conditions, no enzymes are required.
    Packing Multi wall paper bags of 25 kgs. net each bag.

    SIZATEX-PVRD specially made for Denim High Quality Fabrics on Air Jet Looks.It is a 100% replacement of Poly Vinyl Alcohol 1:1 in denim warp sizing.It is used as sizing agent for cotton, rayon and polyester/cotton yarns.
